Congratulations to the almost
240 Middle School students who are participating in the SCPS Best Delegate MUN Conference.
When asked about ways to make yours and others lives better the students shared the following:
-Don’t be afraid to learn or try something new
-If you see an opportunity take it
-Advocate for yourself
-Don’t be the thing that stands in your way
-Don’t be afraid to try
-Don’t be the barrier to education to yourself or anyone else
-Don’t limit yourself to what you think you can do
As these future leaders proceed today in the roles of delegates from countries worldwide. The committee topics include: Universal Access to Education, Organized Crime, Nuclear Disarmament, Military Use of AI, as well two crisis rooms that will respond to emergent situations involving Satellite Sabotage and Food Insecurities that will enrich the minds and drive them to continued learning.
The Stafford Education Foundation is proud to have been able to support the program.
